Jürgen Klopp has urged Liverpool fans to celebrate “in a safe way” after thousands gathered on the city’s waterfront on Friday night.
Supporters assembled at the Pier Head for a second night of celebrations after the club became champions of England for the first time in 30 years on Thursday.
A number of arrests were made after glasses and bottles were thrown at police officers as the celebrations continued in the city centre into the early hours. Merseyside Police said £10,000 worth of damage was caused to the Liver Building after a firework landed on a balcony.

Celtic stormed to the top of the Scottish Premiership with a thumping 6-0 win away at St Johnstone.
The defending champions thought they had taken the lead early on through Daizen Maeda, but VAR intervened due to a foul in the build-up.
Nevertheless, a brace from Kyogo Furuhashi and Paulo Bernardo s sumptuous strike virtually ended the contest at half-time.
There was to be no mercy in the second half though, as captain Callum McGregor added a fourth for Celtic shortly after the restart.
Maeda and substitute Adam Idah added further gloss to the scoreline to make it six league wins out of six for Brendan Rodgers side so far this campaign and take them top, ahead of Aberdeen on goal difference.

If Phil Foden s Premier League debut arrives over the coming weeks, do not expect Manchester City s diminutive 17-year-old midfielder to be intimidated by the prospect of tangling with older men and bigger physical specimens.
Pep Guardiola has taken a shine to the Stockport teenager, who impressed on City s pre-season tour to the United States. Having selected him as an unused substitute in the Champions League against Celtic last season, Guardiola is seemingly ready to integrate Foden on a full-time basis from Saturday s opening weekend trip to Brighton and Hove Albion onwards.
The England Under-17 international s progress comes as no surprise to Steve Eyre, a former youth coach at City who fondly remembers watching a nine-year-old Foden excel when challenged to mix it …

The English summer transfer window closed on Tuesday, with spending reaching a new record of £870million, according to analysis by business advisory firm Deloitte.
This marked a rise of four per cent on the 2014 figure of £835m and moves overall spending to the £1bn barrier when added to the £130m outlay by clubs during the January market.
Alex Thorpe, senior manager in the Sports Business Group at Deloitte, said: With all 20 of the Premier League clubs now ranked in the top 40 globally by revenue, we have seen clubs across the league compete successfully in the market for international talent.

Newcastle United has opened talks with FC Basel for striker Eren Derdiyok. According to the Sunday Sun, United officials first met with representatives of the 20-year-old Swiss striker in London last week.
It was reported that further positive discussions took place and that everything is now set for the Magpies to move in with a firm bid and imminently land the youngest player to feature at Euro 2008.
Derdiyok, whose parents are Turkish, is also attracting interest from Besiktas and Fenerbahce, but neither club could match the wages on offer from Newcastle.

Belgium were eliminated from the World Cup in the group stage after drawing 0-0 with Croatia at Ahmad bin Ali Stadium on Thursday.
Morocco s 2-1 victory over Canada elsewhere in Group F meant Belgium had to win to advance to the last 16, while Croatia needed to avoid defeat.
A low-quality first half, in which the only talking point was an overturned Croatia penalty, made way for a far more gripping second period.
Romelu Lukaku was brought on at half-time and wasted a few big chances, hitting the post from one of them, but the match finished goalless as Belgium suffered a shock exit.
Belgium were given an early reprieve when a penalty awarded for Yannick Carrasco s challenge on Andrej Kramaric was overturned for offside against Dejan Lovren in the build-u…
The Dallas Cowboys are the hottest team in the NFL, riding three straight wins and a star-studded attack into a Week 5 home stand versus the New York Giants, who just won their first game of 2021 in New Orleans last Sunday.
But while the records are flipped, the cliché of “throwing it all out the window” in divisional matchups rings true in this classic NFC East rivalry. Dallas is a 7-point home favorite but early money has sided with the G-Men in Week 5.
